Continuous vomiting

My DNephew (7) has been up all night continuously vomiting. He was at a kids party yesterday.

How likely is it that it’s norovirus? I had this years ago sounds similar, caught from child and parent.

Is anyone else from the party sick? Does he have diarrhoea? If the answer is no, then its highly unlikely to be noro.

Obviously maintain good hygiene and start him on the BRAT diet when he can tolerate it.

No apparently doctor thinks it’s a tummy bug. k
