Huge pores everywhere and pimples at 39 out of no where help me!

39 years old and my face, back, neck, and hair have all started breaking out. It’s like my pores have all opened significantly and are collecting dirt and grime and are clogging…you can physically see my pores now. Idk what to do anymore…I’ve tried everything, safe, gentle, medicated, steroids I am so self conscious I never had pimples or blackheads now I’m COVERED in them I hate myself now 🥺🥺

I used to have episodes of this , I drink plenty of water and after shower I drop the temperature down after hot shower to cool for 2mins , I also use CeraVe face wash it really helps to tighten and close pores , also use the body wash.
