Smile/snarl trembles one side of mouth

I’m suffering from health anxiety at the moment so very sensitive to every sensation in my body so not sure if this is something to worry about. 2 weeks ago I started feeling my neck for lumps (husband had neck cancer so very aware) and thought one side was heavier than the other but I’m very lopsided anyway as I think I have mild scoliosis. I started looking at my mouth and noticed when I snarl one side is weaker and trembles. I’m now hyperfixed on this and wondered if it’s normal to have one side of mouth stronger. Sorry if I’m not making any sense. I notice that I have more saliva the same side. But have no trouble swallowing.

I have this! It totally freaked me out when I first noticed. I'm lopsided when I smile big or snarl. I suspect it could he linked to my TMJ issues , but that's just a guess.

I looked back on old photos and it's been there at least 10 years so that made me a lot less worried

Oh thanks so much for replying @BognorRegenia you have calmed my stress levels tonight. Does your muscle tremble too or just lopsided ? I’ve been in such a state but I too think i may have Tmj issues.

I haven't noticed trembling TBH, but I just "snarled" there and it did tremble a little when I really went for it.
