Epetome has anyone tried it?

Looking into epetome… has anyone tried it? I suffer so badly with bloating. Any advice appreciated!

I recently (like 4 days ago) gave up a variety of foods, i done an intolerance test as i suffered with bloating soo much, looked 6 months pregnant all day everyday, and on day 4 the bloating has pretty much gone (just realised my ‘free from’ bread has maize so gonna have to swap that out).

what a difference! Where did you do the intolerance test?

Check my health, i just done the essentials package (they test 650 foods) for £25 i think, i sent my hair off and the emailed me the results 2 days later, turns out im intolerant/sensitive to ALOT of foods lol xx
