Recommendations for circulation exercises - feet and legs

As I have now gone through menopause I find the circulation in my lower legs and feet has got worse. I know walking is good for circulation and I do that, but are there any physios on here, or people who have the same, who can recommend a very simple and small exercise regime for the circulation issue. I want simple, small and no equipment for consistency sake, so I can build it into my routine.

The tops and sides of my feet feel very stiff, and my lower limbs heavy.

I've got POTS and as part of that I get blood pooling in my lower legs. I do the below video daily before getting up for the day and have found it really helpful in reducing symptoms. It's really gentle and easy, no equipment needed. Imagine it would be helpful for general circulation issues too.

Also if I'm sitting for a while I'll be doing the odd ankle circles, plantar/dorsiflexion and gentle seated march. Helps me to do those before I stand so my blood's already moving better and doesn't just sink to my feet as soon as I get up!
