Any idea what this is?

Does anyone know what this could be please? My usual health/injury bible books are failing me.

it doesn’t hurt at rest, it’s very tender to touch and it feels much more bony/prominent than on the other side.

TIA

The slight bump halfway down the outside of your foot is your cuboid bone. You should be able to feel a bumpy bone if you run your fingers along it. But it doesn't look unusually bumpy to me?

Have your injured your foot/ankle recently?

Thanks for the post.
It definitely feels more protruded than on the right foot.
I haven’t had an injury that I can remember but I think I do lean on that side of my foot when doing a movement in the sport that I play.
I’m making a conscious effort now to put less pressure on it.

That sounds a good plan. If it doesn't improve you could see a physio, they should be able to give advice about footwear and strengthening your feet etc.
