Does anyone else with fibromyalgia find the heat fucking unbearable? It makes my symptoms a million times worse worse. I’ve had to take to my bed today on the loveliest day. Pain is unbearable. I feel and have been sick. I’m drinking plenty so it’s not that. My joints are on fire and all my trigger points are off the charts.he
