I understand cold weather making my joints hurt but why does the hot weather?

Pain is usually caused by inflammation. Inflammation can be exacerbated by heat. Esp damp heat.

Heat makes things expand increasing pressure and friction. Plus inflammation.

I have the same and googled it. It's dehydration - means your joints don't have enough synovial fluid to lubricate them.

I drink plenty as I have a bladder thing
