Does this sound like a tooth or sinus problem?

At Easter I had an awful cold that took ages to shift. Since I had that cold I've had a really dry, crusty nose constantly.
Tuesday this week I had an awful headache that also made my tooth hurt. I was mega stressed that day so I put it down to clenching my teeth, which I do tend to do. Since then I've had on and off mild pain and my tooth feels sore. The tooth that is sore is my back upper left molar. I have no sensitivity to hot or cold and it is just a little sore if I tap it.
Today my left eye socket hurts, my cheekbone hurts and my tooth is sore. I know I am clenching still and I'm finding it hard to relax my jaw.
I have a dentist appointment but not til Tuesday because obviously it's bank holiday weekend. I'm just wondering now if this could be a sinus issue given the nasal symptoms I've been having. Yesterday I thought it was going to cause me bother as when I was driving to work I had eye pain, cheek pain and the tooth was sore but once I got to work it wore off, making me realise maybe I was clenching as I was driving.
I know no one can diagnose me, I had paracetamol two hours ago and I can feel the pain starting up already again.

Sounds like sinuses to me, likely hay fever. So you take an antihistamine?

No I don't take an antihistamine. Since getting over the cold I had my nose has been permanently crusty inside, it bleeds a little in a morning too. My nose is no worse than usual since the tooth/headache/eye pain has started.
