How are you finding it, what are you taking it for?

What brand?

So many supplements - it needs to be good to add it in

My Dad used to take it if he was going to drink a lot of alcohol - he said take for a week before and it lessens the hang over.

I do. I take it daily with dinner. I started taking it when I got diagnosed with a fatty liver. I started researching and found some studies that said milk thistle can help. I thought I’d give it a go. I know some studies say it doesn’t help and others do, but I thought it was worth a try.

I take this on:
Milk Thistle Tablets | 80% Silymarin | 365 Tablets | Vegan Supplement | Milk Thistle Capsules Alternative | Made in The UK https://amzn.eu/d/02rLRZwB

It’s a years supply, at a really good price. I’ve had scans and checks and it has worked for me. I been taking it a long time now, I thought I’d carry on taking it.

I use Red Label Health, from Amazon. I take a bunch of prescription medications so take these to try and protect my liver from side effects.
