DD been coughing for the last hour and cant get to sleep, any top tips?

she suffers with asthma> had inhaler, got humid thing on in her room...

i dont know what else to do for her

keep a close eye on her if you do the steaming. it does work for some, but the hot humidity of that makes my asthma worse..

Get some Manuka honey in case this happens again, I found it soothed my DS's throat with two dreadful viral coughs this winter. I took some when I had pleurisy before Christmas and it worked for me in conjunction with my asthma inhalers which were not doing it on their own.

I did put DD to her own bed about midnight and left her humidifer thing on.....

she had a really good nights thankfully and came into my bed aboout 5ish... then slept til 8.30 am....

she has a party later so i will be going to get some honey whilst she is there....
