Where can I buy an adult medium anti-choking mask?

does anybody know where I can get a mask like this ( see pic) needs to be an adults medium. as it's popped it's an anti choke device.thanks

It’s worth being aware that anti-choking devices are not supported by the resus council as the evidence for their efficacy is flimsy in real humans and their use detracts from providing good first aid. The well established first aid techniques are still the first line treatment.
