Waiting for GP appointment next week but stomach pains are convincing me it is bowel cancer. 43 and waves of pain

So 2 and a half weeks ago out of no where I had this random attack of abdominal pain right across stomach at same level as belly button and then it moved to left side. The pain I have never had before and it was not like an upset tummy cramp. It felt almost like a leg cramp and tightening/roll and the pain was breath taking but fleeting and would only last 2 seconds. Then would happen again 20-30 mins after in that same sort of pattern. I was absolutely pain free in between cramps/spasms. I was pooing and farting fine and was not sore to touch so carried on and after 12 hrs it passed.

Yesterday evening the same thing happened again...this sudden intense wtf is that pain which is gone so quickly...happened about 4 times an hr in lower tummy this time all across but below belly button. This time it lasted 4 hrs and ended quite quickly when I finally got a hot water bottle. Stools totally fine this morning.

I have never had this type of pain and it was so strong...albeit fleeting that I think something is seriously wrong.

No pain on touching, no blood..usual bloating after foods but not unusual for me.

Got a GP appointment next week but really worried as I thought when it happened 2 and a half weeks ago it was just a one off.

It is much more likely a type of digestive issue Rather than cancer
youre doing the right thing getting checked out
you can try buscopan or similar for the pain - speak to a pharmacist

It's good you're getting checked and that there's no blood. I hope it's just something that goes as soon as it came.

Thank you just seems to be no pattern. The first time I had only had a cheese toastie and had cheese and bread since and was fine. Yesterday was a lasagne but I had a lasagne last week and was fine.
