So ive been getting these very painful, hard lumps on my shins and the GP diagnosed Erythema Nodosum. Unfortunately i can't take anti inflammatory medicine due to have Crohns Disease. Im just wondering if there is anyone else who suffers with this and apart from pain killers what do you do to ease it?
