Could raised calprotectin with weight loss suggest Crohn’s rather than dyspepsia?

Looking for some thoughts on what may be happening with my current health issues.
I’ve been unwell for several months and feel I’m getting worse every day. My symptoms are nausea, bloating, right sided abdominal pain and a general feeling of feeling ill and exhausted. I’ve lost two stones, as I find eating difficult. I’ve had a clear gastroscopy and CT scan and my GP thinks I have functional dyspepsia.
My son has Crohn’s and I recently had a private fecal calprotectin test, which has come back at 330. I’ve contacted my doctor and I’m waiting for a response.
Does it sound like functional dyspepsia or could it possibly be Crohn’s? I know I need to wait to hear from my doctor, but in case anyone suffers from either of the conditions I’ve mentioned, it would be good to hear from them. Many thanks
