I have just started using one of these at my physio appointments. It's gentle on my poor legs and fairly enjoyable. I would like to do the same thing at home but am struggling to know what kind to buy. A big one like at my physioterrorist is way out of my price ragne but I have seen some that are just pedals but my husband things that are too light and wouldn't be stable on the floor. Does anyone have one and what do you reccomend?

you can usually get static bikes on FB marketplace for very little money - would that work?

Static bikes aren't right for me cos I am not balanced enough to stay on the small seat. The ones at my physioterrorist don't have seats they are designed for use with wheelchairs.

Get a heavy mini pedal exerciser with adjustable resistance, not the very light ones.
Place it on a mat to stop sliding.
If budget allows, a small under-desk bike is more stable.
