Blurred vision and dizzy spells, possibly migraine without headache?

So for a few months now I have been getting episodes of blurred/ dizzy spells maybe once a week or once every two weeks. I had the same thing as a teenager but can’t remember why ( I am now 33)
Anyway I could be sat there and suddenly my eyes gradually start to go a bit blurred, I could be reading something and half the sentence will just disappear. I also get what I can only describe as fuzzy or zagged lines in my vision. I can still see but if I were to put two hands in front of my face one of them would disappear! This lasts about 10-15 minutes. Afterwards I might feel a bit rubbish my ears feel heavy almost like my heart is beating in them and sometimes followed by a headache or dull ache! Occasionally I might get a migraine.
I saw eye specialist last year for something unrelated so eye sight is fine and I’ve also had a full blood count done recently which was also ok .
Im a mum of 3 and do have a stressful job.
anyone else had this and do you think this is possibly migraines or silent migraines maybe ? I am due to go back to drs soon

This absolutely sounds like a migraine to me - the pattern of a visual disturbance followed by generally feeling a bit rubbish, is exactly what I get - although mine last longer in both cases! I still would go to your GP. I think the advice is that if you start getting a new pattern of headaches you should always go to confirm they are happy it's "just" a migraine. So please do go and seek advice!

Does sound like an ocular migraine. For me the zagged lines remind me of looking through a kaleidoscope when young. I don't get ocular migraines very often (but get plenty of the regular headache migraines) but when I do it starts with vision going blurry and not able to read text. Then the zig zag lines start. All disappears after 15 minutes or so.
I had them in early 20s when I was on combined pill. They went away when I stopped that but I have getting them again occasionally from mid 30s onwards. It's probably your hormones changing with age and triggering them.

I get both ocular migraines (vision related symptoms) and vestibular migraines (dizziness/ nausea). I get regular migraines as well. Worth looking up - I don't always get headaches with the ocular and vestibular headaches, but they can last around 12-24 hours and I still feel rubbish for a few days afterwards.

@changenameagain555 This is exactly what I get and in the same exact order as you described . It’s horrible! It happened to me while I was driving a few weeks back and I had to pull over and wait for it to subside.
I did wonder if it was hormone related and possibly ocular migraines but I have health anxiety so I automatically assume the worst !
my online GP who I just spoke to also suggested ocular and has referred me to the neurologist, so fingers crossed !
thank you for sharing , made me feel a lot better knowing I’m not alone 😊

@FernwoodRydal thank you , I have spoken to the GP who is referring me to see the neurologist. He did suggest ocular migraines based off of my symptoms so fingers crossed that’s all it is
