DD started hobbling last night. She is walking normally someof the time but every now and then she walks on the toes of her right foot.

I don't remember her doing anything yesterday, she tripped up once or twice but nothing more than normal for a toddler. Could it be one of those toddler things or should I get her checked?

She is not in any visable pain or miserable in any way.

Depends how old she is?!
I would personally get her checked out by someone.
