Online verifocal glasses

Hi , got a pair of verifocal, but after back up pair without silly prices , I have my prescription and pd etc so that fine , anybody bought online and any recommendations? Thankyou.

Specscart are brilliant, though I've not had varifocals from them. I had a pair of readers within 19 hours of ordering and they are brilliant. Starting from £30 inc lenses, though I need thinning but that added I think £27 where specsavers add £100... husband has had several pairs. You can get frames to try before buying. And they have a shop in somewhere like Skelmersdale or Preston if you want to go in (DH did), but they are online mainly.

I had done from firmoo for £50. They were ok. Not perfect but ok for £50!!!

I've bought from both Direct Sight and Glasses Direct with no issues, single focus distance, reading and computer glasses. Much cheaper than from my opticians.

I'm also interested in this. My first pair of varifocals were £600 (including the reactive lenses) from an independent optician and I can't afford that every couple of years.

I just got some from glasses2you. I bought varifocal sunglasses and they cost about £80.
I can also recommend Asda opticians. All their glasses are from £80 regardless of lens type. Not online though, just take your prescription.

I’ve had a couple of pairs of glasses from Glasses Direct which I’ve been really happy with with! Now looking at bifocals from GD but dragging my heels in case I can’t get on with them!

You had verifocal? I had bifocal which i liked but they put me onto verifocal which I definitely prefer .

Seconding the suggestion for Asda opticians - I haven’t found any online opticians who do strong enough varifocals for me and it is important they are fitted properly. Varifocals and thinning are included in their frame prices.
