Viral myocarditis- anyone had this?

Was diagnosed recently on cardiac MRI. All the other tests came back normal. Was experiencing palpitations, chest aching and runs of sinus tachycardia. Came on suddenly and worsened. I’m on Ivabradine which has settled my heart rate. Keep having dizziness when I stand up. Heart rate is mostly low (55-60) BP on low side (100/55). I’m so tired. Keep nodding off. Went on a walk (hilly but nothing too bad) and my heart was aching and twinging.

Yes, I had it 7 years ago, I thought I had the flu, with a dreadful cough.
I couldn’t walk more than a few yards without stopping to get my breath.
It gradually improved with medication, it left me with left total bundle branch block but until recently I could do pretty much anything I liked including walking 5-6 miles without any problems.

Thanks for replying, how long was it until you felt back to normal? Did you need time off work? I don’t even remember feeling viral, no cough, etc.
