Does anyone pee a lot the first few days of your period.

Yes! I guess it’s hormonal. I agree very annoying though.

Yes! I retain water/bloat in the days leading up then pee and poo loads for the first 2 days I’m on!

Yes, my body used to retain water on the run-up days and then it just relaxed when the period started and I could 'go' again.
