What vitamins should I be taking?

I’m 35 years old & currently not taking any vitamins. The questions is should I be? I feel like everyone else around me does but I just have no idea where to start or what I should be taking?

Please could someone help?

I don't think random people could tell you what you should be taking. It really depends on what you might not be getting in your diet, what physical conditions you may be suffering from or undergoing (such as being pregnant or TTC or whatever). If you are healthy and eating a reasonable diet, there really shouldn't be a reason that you have to take any vitamins. If you are concerned, make an appointment with your GP or a dietitian for advice. Don't just take something because other people around you are.

Thank you for your reply. I understand where you’re coming from but even the healthiest of people take vitamins. I do have a reasonable diet & no physical conditions but I’m a busy working mum of two small children so I do feel I probably would benefit from taking something now.

I really am just after general guidance & I don’t feel a drs appt is necessary for something like this.

Vitamin C, D and K for a start,
Depends on your needs and diet for instance I’m a vegetarian since I was a teenager and I’m always slightly anemic so I take an iron spray and B12
I also take magnesium citrate before bed every night it helps keep me regular as before this I always suffered constipation
These are what I take daily and every few months I’ll take a probiotic for a month or so
HTH
