Chronic insomnia ruining my life. Daridorexant success?

Has anybody had any success with Daridorexant (Quviviq)? Mirtazpine was ok but the side effects I could not deal with.

I’m barely getting any sleep and its ruining my life. I’m so desperate. Has anybody have any success with the newer drug? Have paid £80 for a prescription so praying it works.

I am on amitripline which helps me sleep. It is initially a antidepressant but works with helping you feel relaxed and sleepy. I only take it in evenings.
