Struggling From yo-yoing fatigue due to cancer treatment. A Lucozade energy drink with glucose definitely perks me up but I am concerned about the calorie content

Any thoughts on what I can do, which would be a lot more healthy

Do you know if you are iron deficient or Vitamin D deficient?

Both easy to replace and if you are in the UK you probably are Vitamin D deficient.

Unfortunately there isn't a magic energy booster and every sort of cancer treatment as well as cancer itself is very fatiguing.

The thing I found most helpful and I appreciate it can be an expensive is to have a masticating juicer. I got mine second hand on eBay and the difference that having a fresh veggie juice every day is so noticeable. If I was going through a total crash I would ask my daughter to make a weeks worth and put them in the freezer.
it gives me more stamina and if in total crash then I’m more chipper and massively less depressed. I have several auto immune conditions which all come with a side order of fatigue and fresh veggie juice is the only thing that reliably perks me up and crucially does no harm.
Wishing you joy and a full recovery.

Cancer treatment is so fatiguing. I think all you can do is eat the healthiest diet you can.

If you are a healthy weight then I wouldn’t worry too much if the Lucozade drink gives you a bit of a boost.

I find Berroca drinks give me a lttile boost. I think it’s hard as you have to run supplements past your oncologist. So can’t really recomend any. Juicing is a good idea - I did quite a bit of that.

And just make sure you’re eating enough if you’re tired.

I hope your treatment goes well
