Pain in eye sockets/vertigo

Since getting some virus in December 2024 where my ears were making bubbling sounds inside my head, I have been left with chronic fatigue and a feeling like I'm falling when moving my eyeballs. GP said ears looked fine 6 months after initial infection and referred me to Syncope clinic for blood pressure and heart monitoring as when I stop up apparently my blood pressure dipped - it's always been low. All fine post syncope testing, and it had eased a little around the time of my appointment. They did the physio exercise on me to balance the crystals in any event. It's now back with a vengeance; I feel sick when I'm using a screen, eye sockets are so painful with a sinus type headache and I'm so miserable and exhausted. Should I ask for an ENT referral? Bright lights are also horrendous. It's like having a permanent hangover and it's making me want to sell my business.

When I read your title I immediately thought multiple sclerosis. Eye issues, vertigo and fatigue are all symptoms. Then reading further details in your post I’m thinking perhaps not, but who knows?

Maybe referral to Opthalmology or Neurology might be appropriate.

Gosh I hadn't thought of that have now been referred to ENT so we'll see what comes of that. My symptoms have been investigated as per my OP but nobody has mentioned MS along the way..
