Are you taking iron supplements every other day? How are your vitamin levels especially Vitamin D and B12?

Are you a women? Are you on HRT?

It could be time to increase your HRT. Do know what your B12 and vitamin D levels are. My GP said you can be in range but if it’s on the lower side you will have less energy. Are you taking iron supplements every other day as this is more effective than every day.

I don’t tolerate oral iron well due to microscopic colitis so I was given an iron infusion which helped.

What are your ferritin levels like?
