Folliculitis or something else?

I have had these red raised spots randomly come and go over my backside an upper thighs for the last 3 months. They are not itchy but I
cant help scratching which makes them bleed.

I have tried some leftover Fucidin H i
found but it doesn’t seem to make any difference and they are now starting g to scar. Pharmacist in Boots was spectacularly unhelpful, just said it didn’t look like Folliculitis but didn’t know what it was. I can’t get to see my GP for another 3 weeks.

It is so unsightly and I hate getting undressed in front of anyone now

I had this last summer - I put it down to wearing leggings constantly and sweating, not sure what it was but what helped was scrubbing my bum cheeks and thighs with bar soap daily and also weirdly not letting conditioner run down my body whilst washing hair.
i also bought an acnecide face wash and used it every few days on my bum
