Advice - incontinence

Yes I know I need to go to the Drs and will make an appointment after Easter weekend, but just after advice

background, I have had 3 children, and in perimenopause. Never suffered from infections etc, had thrush twice in my early 20s and no cystitis etc. I know I have poor pelvic floor and may wet myself if I sneeze or have colds, but not always

last couple of days, I feel like I’m quite wet eventually though I don’t need to go to the toilet. I do wear tena liners so this wasn’t obvious as I wasn’t really paying attention.
But the last two mornings I feel like I have had urine just running down my leg when I have got out of bed and stood up. And today as I’m not working I’ve noticed it a lot more, and I’m actually sore where it feels constantly damp.
its also quite smelly, fishy.

I have googled, and wondered whether I have bacterial vaginosis due to the smell and or what could be causing this incontinence if this is what it is? As it doesn’t seem to be stress or urge incontinence, and how I can manage this over the bank holiday weekend

You need to be seen by your local Bladder and Bowel team. You can buy emergency continence products on Amazon overnight and they will be delivered discreetly
