Blue spots in vision

This is probably just a particularly bizarre optical migraine type thing, but it’s freaking me out a bit. I can see royal blue spots in my central vision, and I’ve had them for a few days now. Small, and kind of electric blue, not like usual floaters. They don’t really interfere with my vision, but it’s odd. Anyone else have this? I don’t have any of the symptoms of a retinal detachment etc, and I’ve booked in to see my optician but they can’t see me for a few days.

I’d go to an eye A&E today if I were you.

Does your optician not have an emergency appointment they can give you, or perhaps at another nearby branch? Failing that, I'd take GodThats advice and go to A&E, or at least call 111 for advice. It would be freaking me out somewhat.

It sounds like a issue with your macula.
You need to have an OCT scan. I'd poke your optician to see you sooner, if not then go somewhere else (who has an OCT scan).
No point going to A&E with that
