Should I get this checked?

I’ve been aware of a small growth/mole type thing on my back for a while but today asked my husband to look at it and photograph it for me. I’m not sure exactly how long I’ve had it and have no idea if it’s changed or grown bigger. Should I get it checked by GP just to be on safe side? Photo attached.

I think it's probably a seborrhoeic keratosis:

They are harmless, but I'd suggest having it checked anyway because i can't be 100% certain from your pic - but I think that's what it is!
