Sinusitis?

So, I went away for a couple of nights to visit my DS with my DD, very short flight. Had a slight tickly throat and some sneezing but nothing much. Got back on Saturday and both DD and I came down with norovirus. We must have caught it on the Friday night at the latest cos DS also came down with it at the same time. We were puking all Saturday night and into Sunday (the runs too). Then yesterday woke up with the most monumental headache and nausea. Absolutely wiped out, wanting to sleep all the time. Today I have less of a headache but feel really quite queasy. I´ve just realised this feels exactly like bouts of sinusitis and post nasal drip I used to get years ago. Thing is, I´m not that snotty really. Snot isn´t green and there´s not much of it and my sinuses don´t really hurt, just my head aches all over really, worse if I bend down and stuff.
Does it sound like it is sinusitis and is it worth doing a nasal rinse?

I’ve frequently had sinusitis- and nearly always at this time of year- but haven’t ever had snot.
For me the symptoms are sluggish headache, feeling of heaviness in the face, cough from the PND, and changing position from sitting to lying down or bending over definitely makes things worse. If it’s bad it’s a feeling like swimming under water and not quite able to reach the surface.

You can get help from a pharmacist for Sinusitis, they can give you prescription-only treatment without you needing to see a GP, if you can’t clear it yourself.

I´m in Spain so the most the pharmacist will give me is a nasal rinse I reckon. Yes, the sluggish underwater feeling is what made me think it was probably sinus related rather than the norovirus still, it´s a very particular feeling.
Feel pretty queasy still although the head is better.
