Anyone recommend the best CBD OIL for sleeping please ? or any other good recommendations

I've had some success with 20% CBD/CBG oil drops, putting two under my tongue before sleep. I get it from an Irish company cbd-uk.com and they usually have deals too.

I started with the cheaper CBD capsules from savers, then thought I’d try the more expensive ones from Holland and Barrett. I expected them to work better but they worked less well so I’ve gone back to savers 20 capsules

on the positive side I now feel it’s not a placebo affect as I expected the more expensive ones to be better and they weren’t.

i also take savers valerian tablets. Together these seem to help my menopause wakefulness
