Capsule endoscopy/pill cam

I had the above today. Had to fast for 24 hours before it, but didn’t have to take any bowel prep for it. Took the pill at 8 this morning and was able to eat at lunchtime onwards. Since then I’ve had diarrhea after I eat every time which is unusual for me.

Anyone had similar and if so how long did it last? I didn’t take any prep so it can’t be that causing it.

I don't know the answer, but how the heck did you swallow it! I was asked to take one and refused on the basis that I would either choke or spit it out, thus wasting a valuable piece of kit. Did you pass the pill yet?

I'm getting goose bumps just thinking of it!
