Any advice on pelvic floor physio

I think I am having issues as feel like I need to wee all the time but not sure whether it’s a weak pelvic floor or tight pelvic floor.

I know I should see a women’s health physio but the internal work makes me anxious as I also have issues with vaginismus.

There’s quite a few videos on YouTube for pelvic floor exercises. I was told my pelvic floor needs to be stronger when I had my last smear, so I try to do strengthening exercises when laying down, but I also do some clenching when driving, I have seen an improvement in holding my wee. I would have thought if you need to wee a lot, then you need to strengthen your pelvic muscles, so it can’t help to try some.

There’s a great lady on tictoc that goes by the name of “ femalephysiosarah “ she has loads of videos of little exercises that you can do while watching her and i must admit they do help . You’re not going to loose anything by having a look and it may help .

So probably don’t actually need to see a therapist can just do the exercises myself.
