has anyone got this condition? need a little info please. does it only show up after being out in the sun? as there is no cure how do sufferers cope with this condition? many thanks for any response

hi i have this condition on my leg and on back of arm
it looks worse in the sun as rest of body get colour and this area on my leg looks much whiter fake tans help you can get camouflage creams but havent gone that route
