Bad breath help

I have NCed.
How do you know if you have bad breath apart from someone telling you?
I’m pretty sure I don’t have very bad breath, but I suspect that I have slightly bad breath sometimes. I know everybody does, but I think it’s a bit more than some people have and I’d really like to deal with it. For context:
I am not constipated,
I brush my teeth at least twice a day.
I use a tongue scraper.
I have been taking probiotics that are designed to help breath.
I don’t smoke.
I eat a pretty healthy diet.
No tonsil stones, no abscess

Does anybody have any ideas, please?

Lick the inside of your wrist ,let it dry and then smell it. Thats what your breath smells like.

giddyboo do you know that’s actually true? I’ve heard it but am not convinced

Slight bad breath can happen from dry mouth, tongue bacteria, or diet. Stay hydrated, clean your tongue well, and use alcohol-free mouthwash.
