ECG worries

Went for an ecg this afternoon at the gp following a gp appointment which resulted in a cardiology referral. I went as I have been having episodes of black out on standing and tachycardia and no associated blood pressure changes. Gp assumes pots and did cardiology referral.

I had the ecg and the nurse told me he wasn’t Happy and messaged the doctor to see if I should go to a&e. He was happy for me to drive home and he’d call if it needed to be a&e today or wait for cardiology.

he didn’t call and there’s nothing on the nhs app aside form the notes from the appointment and a note to say the gp is to deal with results and follow up.

The concern was that there are gaps on my ecg, I’ve seen the pdf on the app and the interpretation says negative t wave in channel v2 and looking at the traces you can see gaps a few times on all the lines.

Should I be worried? I feel ok, I’ve just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I’m asthmatic but never had any heart issues.

I was not expecting the potential trip to a&e when I feel normal for me (knackered and sore!).
