Shadow on Chest

Name changed for this one

I am 38, overweight and unfit but in good health, no ongoing health conditions or anything like that. I don’t drink regularly and have never smoked.

Last week I went to A&E as I had chest pain (sharp shooting pain to breastbone) accompanied by pins & needles to my left arm and hand. The chest pain wore off quite quickly but 111 advised to get checked out.

I had an ECG, bloods, X Ray and all came back ok. They mentioned possible costochondritis but weren’t sure. I’ve been fine since.

I have had a letter today saying they found shadowing to the lower chest on the X-Ray which could be an infection or normal breast tissue and to ring my GP. They also stated the bloods showed no sign of infection. I don’t know if I should be worried or not? Will ring Gp in the morning, just a bit anxious.
