Accidental chemical mix plz help

Hello can someone help me, I used salt crystals with white vinegar spray in my washing machine today as I saw on TikTok and they used zoflora but stupid me used astonish a whole disinfectant astonish bottle and I get headaches anyway around smells but I have such bad health anxiety I think I’ve posioned myself as soon as I realised I opened all the windows and the back door. I don’t like the smell anyway of the disinfectant I bought so maybe it’s my mind playing tricks but just need some advice or help as my anxiety is saying I’m gonna die from chemical poisoning.

Run a rinse through your washing machine, open any windows or doors and go outside for some fresh air. You might want to give your door seal a good wipe too.

Have you run a cycle through?

I wouldn't worry at all, and I have asthma so I'm always creating clouds of fumes by getting too excited with cleaning products.

It's a lovely day to open windows and get some fresh air in!
