3 years ago I developed sciatica. It got better with physio. Not had a flare up for 2 years. Im on holiday in a hotel and the bed is horrible. The mattress is 10 inches thick and very firm. I a. Having difficulty climbing onto the bed and when I get up I am very stiff and it has given ne a bit of sciatica flare up. My own mattress at home is much thinner and quite soft so I dont get flare ups. I googled abd it said if you keep in a mattress that is too hard you are pushing your body into rigid unnatural positions he ce very stiff etc. I gave to be very careful how I lay in this bed. Today was the worse abd ive had to take painkillers as I had a nasty nerve leg pain. I hate it. I have another week of this bed and I hate it

1 minute Google says a firm mattress is very good and another thing. It says an actress, this is too firm. Gives you eggs and pain, so I don't get it.
