Is this normal Doxycycline

I started a course of Doxycycline yesterday for a sinus infection, had to take 2 100mg and the rest of the course is 100mg a day.
I woke up this morning with an annoying ache in my left side that's radiating around to my back, I'm assuming it's just a bit of gastro irritation from the medication but after a Google (I know🤦🏻‍♀️) it's mentioning pancreatitis, which I doubt it is as id imagine id be in a lot more pain and don't have any of the other symptoms.
I have followed all the strict instructions in the patient leaflet, drinking lots of water when taking them, sitting upright for at least 30 mins afterwards and have been taking them with toast so that I don't get the irritation from taking on an empty stomach.

Has anyone else had this while on these antibiotics and did it just go away after finishing the course or after taking some good probiotics?

Boosting fur traffic for you. I’ve never managed to keep Doxycycline down!

Yeah, doxycycline can sometimes upset the stomach and cause mild side or back aches. It usually settles after a day or two.

Doxy is awful. I couldn’t keep it down at all.
