I have recently started to get indigestion and heart burn, aged 57. I couldn’t work out what’s triggered it. The only change I’ve had is that I’ve started Pilates, reformer Pilates and aqua aerobics lessons. I’ve done a bit of research and see that exercise can trigger indigestion. Has anyone had this? Any tips? It’s not just on the day of the classes. I seem to have it all the time now.
