High neutrophil count

What would cause it? Mine has been high over my last few blood tests.

More or less I think. Issue with my thyroid so will be medicated for that.
Had a message from the surgery to say GP will call me monday due to the result as it’s been raised now for a few months. Just wondered what it might be.
