brain aneurysm or tension headaches?

Hi so past few weeks especially the last week ive been having sharp.pain around my right eyebrow above and below abit on the left side but the right side is far worse especially if I bend down its unbearable. I also have alot of sharp pain front of head I am.taking regular paracetamol but I have googled it and it is saying it could be symptoms of a brain aneurysm and now I am in full blown panic mode. I wear glasses but vision seems abit more blurry and I feel dizzy at times. I have asked doctor to book me in. I have also been under a lot of stress lately but im concerned hiw the pain is around my right eyebrow and getting worse

Dr Google will always scare the crap out of you. Realistically, it’s unlikely to be a brain aneurysm, but no-one here can guarantee it’s not. If it’s been lasting a few weeks it’s very unlikely though - Grey’s Anatomy always shows these as quite urgent to get sorted immediately! However, it’s worth a GP appointment if it’s lasted a few weeks without let up.

You need to see your GP but my first thought was a sinus problem. Before I had my deviated septum fixed I used to feel like I’d been punched in the eye and bending forward could be awful.
