hayfever, contact lens and scrathing my eyes out. wwyd?

i think i have lost a lens in the eye sojewhere. i cant see it., i can feel something dodgy, but since bothe eyes are inflamed scarlet, and so itchy, i want to claw them out, i'm not sure i can tell the difference.
i have been poking at something, but i think that is my eyevball.
what do i do? brave a&e now, or go to the opticians in th emorning wearing my glasses? needless to say, i have already overdosed on all hayfever drugs in the house.
still feel miserable thougt.

I am a lens wearer too If you think there is a lens stuck in the eye the advice at my optician's is to go immediately to A and E if they are shut. I wouldn't take a chance with an eye, hope everything is OK.

thankfully sorted. it was my eyeball i was poking at. the hayfever had inflamed it so much, ti was all bumpy.
