Nausea and spiralling

I had an endoscopy 2 weeks ago which showed 2 small raised areas in my stomach but nothing else. Since last night I have had awful nausea and bowel urgency. I have gone 10 times today. My 6 year old DD has been vomiting all night last night.
I have had an ulcer in the past and just really anxious it could be that again even though my DD is also unwell.
Has anyone else had a bug with just severe nausea?

There has been a few nasty bugs around , but if your still unwell 3 days they say speak to a Doctor.

Yes, I’ve had bugs a couple of times when kids have vomited but I’ve just felt nauseous or had diarrhoea, like my body has been more able to fight it off without the actual vomit. I also think being around a vomiting person can make us feel a bit nauseous even without a bug! I can understand your anxiety after the scope and previous ulcer but a bug does seem likely here.
