Yourinmyspot · 02/03/2026 21:50

Oh and an iron tablet so 22 all prescribed thank goodness for pre payment certificates!

One beta blocker for Afib
One low dose aspirin for Watchman device clot prevention (Afib)
One omeprazole for stomach protection from aspirin.

All in the morning. I'm 68 and my friends of similar age are rattling with the amount of drugs they have to take. So for me, so far so good!

Prescription meds for migraines:
2 preventative in the morning
1 in the evening
A Triptan for when I have a migraine coming
Anti nausea tablets when needed because vomiting causes me to faint which has led to head injury in the past
Pain killers when needed with the migraine

Non prescription meds:
Paracetamol most days
Sinus tablets when needed

Vitamins:
Fish oil and vitamin d supplement
Multi vitamin

1 x 2 per day (although 2 pills as they don’t make my dosage). Sometimes I take a PPI too - am under gastroenterology so not self/treating.
