What kind foods can I introduce to my stomach after food poisoning?

I've just had what I believe was food poisoning caused from scampi, so toxin not bacterial in origin.
I'm just starting to reintroduce foods, any tummy friendly super foods I should go for or just, follow my gut?

Cooked apples. They are actually really good for you in this situation (easy to digest, contain pectin and soluble fibre). Plus really bland and easy to eat.

I get Gefen "apple sauce" (you can get it on Amazon and probably other places) - it's just stewed sieved apples, very gentle on the stomach. Or you could just cook some apples (but I'm too lazy!).

Plain rice is good.

As above, stewed apples are marvellous.
otherwise something dry like digestive biscuits, I find good better than toast or any plain biscuits

BRAT diet is generally considered a safe starting point.

Bananas, rice, apples, toast.

BRAT is not advised any more. Just eat what you fancy.
