Bum trouble

Looking for advice and general sympathy I suppose. Has anyone been through this and come away without bum trouble

my background is 2 years ago I had threadworm caught from one of my children. I noticed itchy at night and it went away with treatment. It came back a few months later so we all treated again and that was it.

a few months later I started with irregular BMs and random constipation. Changed my diet, lots more fibre and water. Still left with unusual BMs so had a fit test which showed blood.

colonoscopy next and all was fine. they saw couple of small internal haemorrhoids.

it's months later now and my harmorroids are so bad it's causing me huge upset and discomfort. I can't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep.

there's one that's external now. And it's so itchy and painful at night and gives shooting pains during the day and after BMs.

the skin around my anus scotch and sore and I can actually feel a couple of small lumps under the skin now. Not piles but just like if you had a little bite and it caused a bump.

my vagina is also massively itchy and hot and uncomfortable at night and keeps me awake. The GP has given me some cream to put on that numbs the area and acts like an anaesthetic.

I am beside myself with misery over my bum area. I eat healthy, am slim, don't strain on the toilet, one BM a day soft. Why is this happening. Both my children came over 10 years ago so it's not post pregnancy related.

does anyone have any advice for me. Thank you for reading.

Well it may not all be connected. I have Lichen Sclerosus and that is known for making the vagina/vulva itchy and sore and it can also affect the anus. My first symptom was that my bum felt like there was a load of ants having a party in my bum, or that an alien had inserted some sort of electronic probe. Just bloody weird feelings that I couldn't understand. Maybe you have this and just happen to have piles too, and previously threadworms. Worth mentioning to the GP Maybe. Hope you get it all sorted.
