why ds ds2(7) keep getting zits

my ds's do when they get very hot at night. Scrub his face with a flannel.

I ambush my ds with a flannel when he's in the bath at night usually. If I do that it helps. Ds2's skin is on the oily side and he is a dirt magnet.

Is the zit on the side of his face that's been on the pillow?

he's probably just getting too hot. I've thought of investing in a chillo pillow for ds2, they're meant to keep them cool. He must be hot stuff like my ds's!
